These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pisomax ("pisomax", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pisomax.bet. By accessing, registering on, or using the pisomax platform in any capacity — whether as a guest or registered account holder — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pisomax platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms must be read together with the pisomax Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pisomax. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an active account on pisomax, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems are not eligible to hold player accounts.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

pisomax does not knowingly permit residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is fully prohibited by law to register accounts. Players who access the platform from such jurisdictions do so at their own risk and pisomax accepts no liability in connection with their use of the platform.

To access real-money games on pisomax, you are required to complete the account registration process. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. pisomax will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to request your full password. Any communication claiming to be from pisomax and asking for your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on pisomax are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). pisomax accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is subject to update without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount on pisomax is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any real-money wager. pisomax is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of a game's rules or mechanics.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, the affected round may be voided and any stake placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. pisomax will not be liable for any perceived winnings that were not confirmed and credited due to a technical error. The decision of pisomax regarding game outcomes in dispute situations is final.

Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages based on the mathematical model of each game. Individual sessions may vary significantly from the stated RTP. pisomax makes no guarantee of any specific outcome or return on any individual wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pisomax platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, or accessing another player's account without authorization.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer games or any game with a competitive element.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to pisomax without first attempting to resolve the matter through pisomax customer support.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the pisomax platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pisomax platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any pisomax content without prior written authorization.

pisomax's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds currently held in that player's verified pisomax account balance at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

pisomax does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or events beyond pisomax's reasonable control are excluded from liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pisomax's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

pisomax reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, pisomax may freeze the account and withhold the account balance pending investigation. pisomax will cooperate fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory authorities in providing information related to such investigations as required by law.

Players may close their pisomax account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, provided that no active investigations or bonus conditions are outstanding.

Upon termination of an account for any reason, the player's license to use the pisomax platform is immediately revoked. Any dispute arising between you and pisomax that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

Where a dispute relates to the conduct of gaming activities regulated by PAGCOR, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may apply in addition to the foregoing. pisomax will cooperate in full with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute resolution process involving a registered player.
